TapKadi is a smart digital business card system. Instead of handing someone a piece of paper, you share your full contact profile via a tap of an NFC card or a QR code scan. The recipient sees your profile in their browser — no app needed — and can save your contact, call you, or visit your website instantly.
Do I or the person I share with need to download an app? +
No. TapKadi is completely app-free. Your profile opens in any modern smartphone browser. The person receiving your card needs nothing installed — they just tap or scan and your profile is right there.
How fast will I get my TapKadi card? +
Your digital profile is created within 2 hours of submitting your details during working hours (7AM–8PM). For the physical NFC card, we will confirm delivery timing at order. Your digital card is fully live and shareable the same day.
What information can I put on my TapKadi profile? +
You can include your name, phone number, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, website URL, location/directions, company name, job title, and links to documents or your portfolio. Essentially everything you want a new contact to have.
What if I change jobs or my number changes? +
Just contact us and we'll update your live profile. Updates within the first month are free. Your physical NFC card doesn't need to change at all — because it links to your online profile, not printed information. One card, updated forever.
Can I print the QR code? +
Yes. We provide a high-resolution QR code you can use on brochures, flyers, packaging, email signatures, or even on a traditional paper card if you still want one. It links directly to your TapKadi profile.
Is TapKadi secure? +
Yes. Your profile is hosted securely and only contains the information you choose to share. You control what is visible. Nothing is shared without your consent.
Can I order TapKadi for my whole team? +
Absolutely. We offer team and enterprise packages with branded profiles for your entire team, custom domain hosting, and full setup and onboarding. Contact us for a custom quote and we'll structure the right package for your organization.
What is the difference between the Digital and NFC + Digital plans? +
The Digital plan (Ksh 3,500) gives you a hosted profile page, shareable link, and QR code — which you can share via WhatsApp, email, or any messaging app. The NFC + Digital plan (Ksh 5,000) includes all of that plus a physical NFC card that you tap on any compatible phone to share your profile instantly — no scanning needed.
